Priniti Foods - A mid sized FMCG organization wanted to strengthen its distribution network and gain access to the minds of the distributors through establishing trust and a larger than life image. The inconclusive definition of T.G. and growth strategy had hampered the progress of the organization.

The agency helped the client in defining its target markets by looking at the organizational strength, distribution network and other parameters. We helped in prioritizing the markets and then launched campaign aimed at strengthening and luring more distributors to the network. The weakest of the market which was U.P. became one of the strongest foothold for the brand. The agency also helped in positioning the brand and shortlisting the media for the assigned audience.
